Hi, I'm Courtney Parker, founder of Guiding Night Sleep Consulting and the and the proud mama of two sweet girls. My methods are gentle and customized for your family. I provide opportunities for you to be in the room with your child, maintain eye-contact and offer comforting words and touch. I don't include CIO (cry it out), controlled crying or extinction as part of my approach.

Combining my Biology Degree (UBC) with 15+ in the corporate world, becoming a Certified Sleep Consultant is a dream come true! As a mama who experienced sleep deprivation first-hand, I know how debilitating it can be and I am committed to helping families re-gain their sanity.

Guiding Night Sleep Consulting is built on the values of compassion, professionalism and support. Being a sleep consultant means being entrusted to introduce change into your little one's life (scary I know!) And since every child is unique, I focus my efforts on creating a perfectly customized plan for you and your family.

I believe sleep education is so important and that's why I will come to your home for our consultation to ensure you don't have to take extra time out of your day. I also do a complementary nursery checks to ensure the sleeping environment is perfect for your little one. Getting a good night’s sleep makes for healthier children and mentally, emotionally and physically healthy families. As a Mother and Certified Sleep Consultant, I will help you establish sustainable routines and sleep habits that will benefit your family for years to come.

Free Workshop:

  • Are you part of a moms group (in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley) where sleep is a hot topic of conversation? I'd love to share my FREE in-person talk about healthy sleep with your group. Email me for more details at courtney@guidingnight.com

Sleep Deep Workshop

  • $200/couple- attend a seminar that provides a comfortable environment where a small group of parents get together and learn how to SOLVE their children's sleep problems. I only take 4-5 couples per session so you'll get the personalized support you need. You'll get to share experiences with other parents who are facing some of the same challenges as you and then develop a personalized sleep plan that will give your child the tools needed to finally start sleeping through the night (and taking long, restful naps during the day.).
